Payment methods:
You can pay us by prepayment (bank transfer), PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Bancontact, eps-Überweisung, Ideal, Klarna Invoice, Sofort, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Shipping companies and shipping costs
We ship our packages with DHL (Germany and EU) and UPS Standard (Non-EU). For an additional charge of 10 Euros (Germany), you can also choose express shipping.
If payment is received Monday-Thursday by 12 noon, we will ship the same day (except Fridays). This excludes ring slings, as we custom-make these for you (possibly with your desired ring color).
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over 100 Euros.
For orders under 100 Euros, the following shipping costs apply:
Shipping costs within the EU are 6.99 Euros for all packages.
Shipping costs to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom are 10 Euros (net). For orders under 80 Euros, shipping costs are 25 Euros net.
Shipping costs for the USA are 15 Euros (net). For orders under 80 Euros, shipping costs are 30 Euros net.
Any customs duties incurred for non-EU deliveries are charged directly at the time of purchase. Taxes are included in the price.
We ship worldwide, but unfortunately, for cost reasons, we cannot offer a flat shipping rate for all countries, as costs vary greatly.
So, if your country is not offered at checkout, please contact us and we will calculate the individual shipping costs for your order. This is completely non-binding - you can then decide whether you want to order under these conditions.
Express shipping:
Outside Germany, you have the option to choose express shipping for an additional charge of 20 Euros. Within the EU, Switzerland, and the USA, the package usually arrives within 1-2 business days of dispatch. For all other countries, you are welcome to inquire about the estimated delivery time in advance.
No shipping takes place on public holidays in the state of Berlin, or on December 24th and December 31st!
